Super Bowl: Neymar taunts NFL fans with ‘real football’ ad
With the entire world (read as the Americas) tuning in to watch the Super Bowl 50 clash between Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers, the Barcelona star made a surprise appearance in a commercial for Taco Bell.
Neymar isn’t one to budge. With the entire world (read as the Americas) tuning in to watch the Super Bowl 50 clash between Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers, which the Broncos won 24-10 thanks to an age-defying performance by Peyton Manning, the Barcelona star made a surprise appearance in a commercial for Taco Bell.
In the commercial, to promote how big the new taco is, Neymar, dressed in Brazil’s yellow, emerges from the backdrop of an NFL ball, only to shoot a football, or a ‘soccer ball’, that is kept beside right through the field post.
With no regards to the trolls that is likely to target him on social media, Neymar goes on to say, the taco, is “Bigger than football, real football.”
He may not have gained new fans in the US, but Neymar certainly has endeared himself to the football world with the cameo. The real football world that is.
