According to police, the men used an earth-moving machine to break the walls of the luxurious farmhouse, lit a fire in the premises and created a ruckus. The guards deployed at the farmhouse informed the police, but till the time the cops reached the spot all was quiet.

Police teams from DLF Phase 1 and 2, Sushant Lok, Sector 29 station, the DCP (east) and ACP (DLF) reached the spot and blocked all roads leading to Gwal Pahadi.

“They were sent by some builder. There is a project coming up near the farmhouse. Based on this statement, the police are interrogating all the security personnel at the farmhouse,” security officer Narendra Kumar said.

Kanda, who has been convicted in the suicide of air hostess Gitika Sharma, is currently in jail. Around 12 guards are deployed at the farmhouse, which is frequently used by Kanda.
