I use quality creams to combat under-eye puffiness: Arjan Bajwa

If you want to build a lean body, up the protein in your diet. But carbs give you energy and the right amount of fat
Model-turned-actor Arjan Bajwa, best known for his role in Fashion (2008), admits that he was a typical Punjabi eater before he joined the film industry.
“I would eat everything under the sun,” he reveals, adding, “But then I realised that a bony face looks better on camera, so I started lowering my carb intake and switched to a cardio-focussed workout at the gym.”
While Bajwa insists he doesn’t follow a very precise skincare regimen, apart from cleansing his face with a facewash followed by a moisturiser, he does propound the use of under-eye creams: “Given my erratic work schedule, I have to combat under-eye bags and dark circles. Using good quality eye creams helps keep them in check”.
* I rarely drink alcohol, and even when I do, it’s only a glass of red wine. I’ve heard that it reduces the fat on your face, but I’m not so sure that works.
* If you want to build a lean body, up the protein in your diet. But don’t cut out carbs completely; they give you energy and the right amount of fat.
* Sleeping for the optimum number of hours is important, but what’s crucial is sleeping at the right time. You can’t go to sleep at 4 am and then say you’ve got your eight hours of rest.
