Actor Gary Oldman says he feared his career would be over after he lost his copy of the script for The Dark Knight Rises. The 54-year-old actor, who reprises his role as Commissioner Gordon in director Christopher Nolan's third and final Batman film, was terrified that the story would be leaked after he lost it in a hotel, reported Femalefirst online. "I was in a panic for 20 minutes. I thought my career had ended, that I'd be thrown out of showbiz.

There was paranoia around it, as we live in an age with the internet and blogs, so it's understandable," Oldman said. The actor eventually found the confidential document under his bed.
