Swank will get the lead role in You're Not You, directed by George C. Wolfe. Based on the novel of the same name by Michelle Wildgen, the film will revolve on the intertwining lives of a young female caretaker and a thirty-something women in the advanced stages of Lou Gehrig's disease.

Swank will also be involved in the production of this independent movie. Shooting will start in November in Los Angeles.
