Actor Russell Crowe says he spent “umpteen hours” filming fight scenes for Superman: Man of Steel. The 47-year-old actor, who plays Jor-El in the upcoming superhero movie has been training hard for the film.

Actor Russell Crowe says he spent “umpteen hours” filming fight scenes for Superman: Man of Steel. The 47-year-old actor, who plays Jor-El in the upcoming superhero movie has been training hard for the film.
“15km bike ride, umpteen hours fighting (actor) Michael Shannon. He’s very hard to put down. Hard to tell who wins, we are still fighting tomorrow (sic),” Crowe tweeted.
