Director Michael Patrick King has shared his thoughts on the possibility of Sex and the City third sequel; saying there is one chapter left to explore for the third movie.
The 59-year-old director, who helmed the first and second big-screen installments, said that there is one chapter left to explore for the third movie if it is ever in the works.
"Sarah Jessica and I both know what that final chapter is. That doesn't mean it will or should be told, but I do think there's one story left. Whether it ever happens is a whole other situation. But there's four girls, and those girls are still in my mind. There are other stories to tell and characters that haven't even been written yet," Patrick King said.
Starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon, the story lasted six seasons on the small screen and spawned a spin-off The Carrie Diaries.
