Barahkalan village resident Sunil Shandilya said he has sent the wedding invite to Prime Minister’s office by post, and said it would be his dream come true if the PM gives a response to it.

Three siblings from Jind who are set to marry in a common ceremony on February 19 have sent a wedding invitation card with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s photographs and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao slogans. Barahkalan village resident Sunil Shandilya, his brother Chetan and sister Renu said they were a big Modi fan and wanted to spread Modi’s message as much as they could, so they incorporated it in their wedding card.

“I have been a follower of Modi’s work ever since he was the chief minister of Gujarat. I think he is the only one who can solve India’s longstanding problems,” Sunil, the eldest sibling, said.

Sunil said he has sent the wedding invite to Prime Minister’s office by post, and said it would be his dream come true if the PM gives a response to it.

The card has Beti Bachao Beti Padhao poster on one cover and PM Modi’s photo on the other.
