A medium intensity earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter Scale hit Gujarat on Sunday.
According to the National Centre for Seismology, a unit of the Ministry of Earth Sciences, the quake occurred at 9:25am at a depth of 10km.
Another quake measuring 3.2 hit Chandel in Manipur at 8:01am.
There were no immediate reports of loss of life or property in both incidents.
