Video: Major fire at Bhiwandi engulfs textile company
A textile dying unit located in Bhiwandi in Maharashtra was gutted after a major fire broke out in the early hours on Thursday.
A textile dyeing unit located in Bhiwandi in Maharashtra was gutted after a major fire broke out in the early hours on Thursday. More than 12 fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flames.

The textile company have been identified as Mahesh Dying company at Kanheri in Bhiwandi.
The fire initially broke out at around 3am. By the time the owner along with the civic offer reached the spot, the fire had engulfed the company.
No casualties has been reported so far. Police suspect that someone might have lit the fire and said investigations are on.
Fire brigades were called in from Kalyan, Ulhasnagar, Thane and Ulhasnagar.
A police officer from Bhiwandi police station said,” The BNMC (Bhiwandi Nizampura Municipal Corporation) had given a notice to vacate the company as it was dilapidated. There are allegation that someone might have started the fire. We are investigating the matter.”
