Sugar Corporation joint MD Suresh Kumar has been shifted to the UP Employees’ Welfare Corporation as executive director. Nivedita Shukla Verma becomes the Meerut Development Authority vice-chairperson. Special secretary, Sugar, Pramod Narain Batham and Moradabad Development Authority secretary BK Tripathi become the UP Sugar Federation MD and the ADM (City), Moradabad respectively.

Rajendra Kumar, ADM (City), Moradabad, becomes the new vice-chairman of the Moradabad Development Authority. Special secretary, Health, Leena Jauhari,
goes to the UP Administrative Academy as additional director.

Ghaziabad DM Santosh Yadav goes to Bareilly in the same capacity, replacing Mool Chandra Yadav, who becomes commissioner of Gorakhpur and Basti divisions. SIFPSA GM Harvansh Singh becomes joint secretary/controller of examination, the UP Subordinate Civil Service Commission.

IPS officers VK Gupta, IG/A to the DGP, was transferred to the PAC Central Command. Javed Ahmed, IG PAC, Central Command, was appointed IG/A to the DGP. AK Gupta, IG Civil Defence, swapped places with CB Rai, IG, Law and Order.
