2 get death sentence for rape-murder of minor
A Bihar court on Tuesday awarded the death penalty to two persons, after convicting them of rape and murder of a minor girl last year in Madhubani district.

A Bihar court on Tuesday awarded the death penalty to two persons, after convicting them of rape and murder of a minor girl last year in Madhubani district.
The additional district judge Manmohan Lal Karn sentenced the duo - Suresh Mandal and Kailash Paswan - to death after finding them guilty of the charges under sections 302 and 376 of the IPC.
According to prosecution, the convicted duo had raped a minor girl and killed her in Kumar village under Jai Nagar police station area on June 28, 2012.
