3 dead, 30 fall ill due to food poisoning
Three persons, including two minor girls, died and 30 others fell ill due to food poisoning at a village in Sitapur district.

Three persons, including two minor girls, died and 30 others fell ill due to food poisoning at a village in Sitapur district.
"The incident happened on Sunday at Fattepura village, about 90-km from Lucknow, when the victims consumed food prepared in adulterated oil at a dinner party," health officials said.
"Around 30 people were hospitalised. Ten of them were stated to be in a critical condition and have been referred to Lucknow," they said.
"The health department has collected food samples and is investigating the matter," the officials added.
