GENERAL MANAGER, North Central Railway (NCR) Budh Prakash stressed on adopting latest technologies in the system of work. He was speaking at the coordination meeting of engineering and construction wings of the NCR, held here on Friday.
All the wings of the railways should work according to the set objectives. Besides, development programmes should also be formulated, for proper working of the wings, said GM, adding that these measures will help in progress of the railways.
Speaking about safety aspect of the railway passengers, he said that contractors involved in the construction wing should also be made aware of various safety aspects. This will help in bringing down the number of rail accidents considerably. Chief Administrating Officer SK Mallik also addressed the meeting.
