Air Chief Marshall SP Tyagi was all praise for Jammu University Vice Chancellor Amitabh Mattoo and overawed with the infrastructure and the surroundings on the Jammu University campus.

Terming the Jammu University a dreamland, Tyagi, one of the topmost strategic thinkers of the country, hailed the efforts of Amitabh Mattoo to develop the University and making it a role model for the other universities. Tyagi's words were echoed with a thundering applause of the packed to rafters Computer Science auditorium at Jammu University.
