"He hasn't reacted properly to an injection so he will be out," Pakistan coach Bob Woolmer told reporters on Wednesday.

Woolmer said opener Shoaib Malik, who also had a cortisone injection for a similar complaint, was doubtful for the opening match in the four-Test series.
