BJP workers protest hike in petrol, diesel prices
MEMBERS OF the Bharatiya Janata Party Govind Nagar division took out a funeral procession of Union Minister of State for Petroleum Murali Deora?s here on Tuesday to protest the hike in petrol and diesel prices. The procession started from the divisional office and culminated at Bata Crossing. A large number of workers gathered at the divisional office to take part in the procession. The workers of the Yuva Morcha, District President Shivram Singh, District Vice-President Sunil Narang, Vikas Dubey, Raghuraj Gupta also took part.

MEMBERS OF the Bharatiya Janata Party Govind Nagar division took out a funeral procession of Union Minister of State for Petroleum Murali Deora’s here on Tuesday to protest the hike in petrol and diesel prices.
The procession started from the divisional office and culminated at Bata Crossing.
A large number of workers gathered at the divisional office to take part in the procession. The workers of the Yuva Morcha, District President Shivram Singh, District Vice-President Sunil Narang, Vikas Dubey, Raghuraj Gupta also took part.
They shouted slogans in protest against the price hike. Party workers burnt an effigy of the minister at the Bata Crossing.
The speakers addressed a meeting at the same place. They said the struggle against price hike would be continued.
Others participated in the procession were Govind Nagar division president Ajit Chabra, District president trade wing Nirmal Tripathi, Radheshyam Pandey, Satyadev Pachauri, Ravindra Patni, Sunil Narang.
Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party leader Ashok Singh alias Dadda, Trade leader Santosh Shukla and the state member of medical wing Dr Ashif Ali Zafari also criticized the price hike in a press communiqué.
They said the hike in petrol and diesel prices will affect the masses.
