Bolt wins 100 in 9.86s at SKorean meet

Usain Bolt won the 100 meters in 9.86 seconds at a Daegu meet on Wednesday. Bolt's time was 0.28 seconds off his world record of 9.58 at last year's world championships in Berlin.

Bolt, who also holds the world record in the 200, said he has high expectations of setting another world record when he returns to Daegu Stadium for the 2011 world championships.

Fellow Jamaican Michael Frater was second in 10.15. Carmelita Jeter won the women's 100 in 11.00. Also, Ryan Bailey of the United States won the men's 200 in 20.58.
