Brady & Morris to issue bonus shares

Brady and Morris Engineering Company Ltd says it is going to issue bonus shares to the shareholders in the ratio of 1:1.

Brady and Morris Engineering Company Ltd has said it will issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders.

At the meeting held recently, the board of directors approved the bonus issue, where one bonus share would be issued for every share held by the shareholders, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 173.15 on the BSE on Monday, up 4.97 per cent.
