The chief minister will arrive here on Saturday to take part in an educational seminar organised by the institute.
Talking to newsmen, member of the institute Rajiv Mehrotra informed that to ensure check on misuse of funds it had been decided to urge the CM to permit the audit of cooperative banks and societies by a CA.
Internal audit of cooperative banks and societies is being carried out in the State at present. The members also informed that the CM would also be requested to make double accounting system instead of the prevalent single accounting system in government offices compulsory.
