First step to keep the kitchen sink clean is by using a drain cover to stop blockage.

Act fast: First step to keep the kitchen sink clean is by using a drain cover to stop blockage.
Simple measures: Spots on the white ceramic and steel sinks are not pretty. Wash the sink frequently and keep a dish towel handy to rub the sink dry after you use it.
Long-term gain: For a clean and fresh-looking sink, add two teaspoons of baking soda in a cup of water and squeeze in half a lemon. Pour it around the drain. Don’t wash it off immediately. To maintain shine, put olive oil on a cloth and rub the sink dry with it.
Regular cleaning: Spotted surface on glass sinks looks ugly. Use a glass cleaning product or alternatively, use vinegar with water. Clean it with a soft towel and rub it dry.
Soft scrubbing: To clean brass sinks, take a soft scrub brush, pour some mild liquid soap or detergent on the sink and clean it using the scrub bush. Later, dry it off with a soft towel till it shines.
