Complaint against Janak Gandhi

JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE Kamal Joshi has directed Tukoganj City Superintendent of Police to submit a report in connection with land fraud involving OTG owner Janak Gandhi by February 6, 2006.
The court issued this order in response to private complaint filed by former State minister Suresh Seth, the owner of Hindi newspaper - Indore Samachar through counsel Sohanlal Nagar under Sections 420, 467,468,471, 120-B, 147, 148 and 149 of IPC.
The complaint has been lodged against Janak Gandhi, Vijay Agrawal, Vipinlata D’souza, Bhopal Development
