Cong seeks Enos Ekka's support in J'khand
Congress urged the independent MLA to come out of the BJP-led alliance and support the UPA coalition in Jharkhand.
A day before the crucial vote of confidence in the Jharkhand Assembly, Congress on Monday urged independent MLA Enos Ekka to come out of the BJP-led alliance and support the UPA coalition in an attempt to turn the tables on the NDA.

"There is still an opportunity for the Jharkhand Party MLA Enos Ekka to rectify his mistake by fulfilling his role in installing a secular government in the state," PCC President Sushila Karketta said in a statement.
Ekka is one of the five independent MLAs supporting the NDA, although his Jharkhand Party has extended support to the UPA.
In her statement, she claimed that the five independents supporting the NDA would soon be disenchanted, once they came to know the "real situation" within the alliance.
Accusing the NDA of "conspiring" to cause the downfall of the Shibu Soren-led UPA Government, Karketta alleged that the BJP-led alliance had also managed to "capture" the lone NCP legislator Kamlesh Singh into its fold, although the NCP was supporting the UPA.
"If the NDA releases Kamalesh Singh from its stranglehold, then the UPA will win the vote of confidence tomorrow," Karketta claimed.
Karketta appealed to the UPA constituents not to be swayed by the "conspiracies" of the NDA and put up a united fight against the "communal forces".
