Releasing the party manifesto for the April-May assembly elections at the state Congress headquarters here, Mukherjee said the party has not yet decided whether to join the government but it would support the Trinamool.
"Whether to join will be decided by the Congress leadership after the alliance comes to power," he added.
He also congratulated the Indian cricket team for its World Cup win.
Six-phase polls are being held in West Bengal April 18-May 10. The results will be declared May 13.
