Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh today conceded that Congress cannot make it to the Government in the state going by the trends.
He told Doordarshan News channel he was "disappointed" by the results and it came as a surprise to him.
He was not certainly expecting this kind of results, Singh said.
