The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), which has acquired land for this purpose has entrusted the task of developing it to a Hyderabad-based infrastructure company — Ramky Infrastructure.

“Work on infrastructure development on the IMT will start soon,” Bhagmal, General Manager, HSIIDC, Faridabad said, adding that HSIIDC has issued a letter of acceptance to Ramky Infrastructure.

The HSIIDC acquired about 1832 acres of land in villages like Chandawli, Machgar, Nawadah, Sutai and Mujedi for the purpose. “Infrastructure development will take three to four months, after which plotting will be done,” Arora said.

The minimum industrial plot will be 450 square metres and the maximum could be 10 acres.
