The police on Wednesday filed chargesheet against Fahim, Sabbauddin and Ajmal Amir Kasab in Mumbai terror attack case.

Ejaz Naqvi, counsel of Fahim Ansari and Sabbauddin, alleged before the magistrate that officers of Los Angeles Rapid Force and FBI were camping in India and had interrogated his clients on several occasions.

He maintained that both Fahim and Sabbauddin were arrested by UP police in connection with an attack on CRPF camp in February 2008 in Rampur and since then they are in custody.

He denied that Fahim and Sabbauddin were involved in November 26 attacks in any way.
