Keeping with this tradition, many restaurants and clubs in the Capital are inviting Delhiites to savour their specially crafted delicacies for the Independence Day. So, come August 15, you can head to these joints to enjoy tri-coloured food items, discounts on food bills, and other innovative dishes.
This place has crafted a special brunch menu for Independence Day. Enjoy live Teppanyaki and sushi counters with salad bar, a wide variety of dim sums, a special Mongolian counter and a kids special menu.

The menu at this place serves traditional delicacies from regions across South India, including a wide range of dosas and idlis, as well as rice preparations like curd rice and more. All the items will be specially made in tri-colour with new and exciting flavours.

Chef Gaurav Gidwani has come up with a tri- coloured cheesecake for Independence Day. Available at all the five Mocha outlets in Delhi, the top orange layer of the cake is Malta flavour, the white one is white chocolate and the green one is Kiwi.

Enjoy a laid back bunch this Independence Day at Courtyard by Marriott. To mark the celebrations, the restaurant, Momo Cafe, will serve only Indian food at the brunch. You can choose from parathas, biryani, tandoori dishes and traditional grilled delicacies.

Stop at this place for a tri-coloured quick bite. You can choose from sandwiches, grilled veggies, crostini and fish fillets. Also, if you come dressed in colours of the national flag, you would get a 10% discount on your final bill and a complimentary dessert.

Today, the cafe will have a pre Independence Day party, which will see percussionist Doktor Daniel and DJ Sunny Barker playing progressive, house and commercial music. Also, enjoy their tri-colour menu, specially crafted by the chef.

Here, too, the chef has come up with a special menu titled, Freedom Bytes. This includes tri-colour dishes such as Tricolour Lasagna, Tricolor Mushroom Risotto, Tricolour Penne Pasta, Tricolour Salads, mocktails and much more.

This restaurant in South Extension Part-II is celebrating Independence Week from August 9 to August 14. While here, enjoy special tri-colour mocktails with flat 20% off on food bills. Also, if your birthday falls this week, then enjoy a free bottle of wine to raise a toast with your friends.
