Former Prime Minister VP Singh, who was undergoing treatment for heart and kidney problems in a hospital in Mumbai, was discharged on Friday.
77-year-old Singh was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Bombay Hospital last on Friday, hospital spokesperson Dr Ashish Tiwari said.
Singh was admitted to the Bombay Hospital after undergoing treatment for an internal abdominal haemorrhage in a hospital in Hyderabad, Dr BK Goyal, who was treating him, said.
