Gajender was presented before ACJM Raj Gupta by Haryana Special Investigation Team (SIT) around 10.30 am after arresting him from near Pune on Saturday with the help of Bihar and Maharashtra police.

The SIT team, which also got Gajender's medical examination, told the court that the accused was an accused of vehicle lifting cases, along with Ashu, though, Gajender had absconded and was subsequently declared proclaimed offender. Ashu had, however, claimed in recently registered FIRs that several false cases of car thefts were slapped on him in 1993 at the behest of former DGP S P S Rathore, who had molested his sister Ruchika in 1990 and ended life in 1993.

-`Am being framed'-The SIT claims that he had re-affirmed Ashu and one Sandeep Verma as his accomplices, notwithstanding, Gajender, however, could be heard repeatedly saying at the local court that he did not have anything with the case and that he was being framed.

Replying to volley of questions by the mediapersons while he was brought here by SIT team around 10.30 am, and was being taken to the ACJM, Gajender, who hid his face with a monkey cap, said "mera koi len den nahi hai" (I have nothing to do with Rathore case). Asked if he was being framed in it, Gajender said "aur kya" (what else) and "that's all". Gajender could also be heard saying repeatedly saying in English "I know Ashu very well."
