Greaves Morganite to acquire 51% stake in DCCPL

Greaves Morganite Crucible Ltd said on Monday that it has decided to acquire 51 per cent stake in Gujarat-based Diamond Crucible Company Pvt Ltd (DCCPL).

The board of directors has decided to acquire 17,850 equity shares of Rs 100 each representing 51 per cent of the equity capital of DCCPL, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The balance 17,150 shares, representing 49 per cent of the capital of DCCPL have been acquired by Terrassen Holdings Ltd, an associate company of the UK-based promoters group, Morganite Crucible Ltd, it said.
