A single bench of Justice Vasanti Naik stayed the orders of Nagpur Divisonal Commissioner yesterday.
Rawat was disqualified by the Commissioner following a complaint filed by one Jagannath Sherki.
Sherki stated in his complaint that Rawat was holding office while running a construction company and earning profit, thereby misusinf office.
Earlier the Court had directed the Divisional Commissioner to take a decision within one week after the complainant Sherki moved the Court against Congress member Rawat. The order will come up for hearing on July 15.
