Holcim buys 14.8% of Gujarat Ambuja
Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd said on Monday that a unit of Swiss-based Holcim had acquired 14.8 per cent stake in it for Rs 21 billion.

Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd said on Monday that a unit of Swiss-based Holcim had acquired 14.8 per cent stake in it for Rs 21 billion.
The price of Rs 105 a share, includes a non-compete fee of Rs 15, the company said.
