Christmas bells have already rung for President Pranab Mukherjee. He has been posing with Santa Claus at the Santa Claus Village in the Arctic Circle near Rovaniemi, Finland.
Although, he is on a state visit visiting Finland to discuss bilateral and international topics with Finnish politicians.
