India's Sindhura fails to reach the final

Miss India Sindhura Gadde had reached the Top 12 of Miss World 2005 pageant.

Good news Indians! Miss India Sindhura Gadde has reached the semi-final round of Miss World 2005 beauty pageant. The report was recently disclosed by a news channel. From the Asia-Pacific region, Miss India Sindhura Gadde and Miss Phillippines Carlene Aguilar have been selected to enter the semis of the pageant.

Unlike last year, this year all participating nations have been divided into six groups - Asia Pacific Group, Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Americas, Africa group and Caribbean group.

The 55th Miss World is taking place is Sanya, China.

Miss India's entry to semi-finals has further raised hopes of Indians that Gadde might repeat history! Keep your fingers crossed!
