The court has ordered Hussain to remain present in the court on March 22 for the reply, failing which bailable warrant would be issued against the artiste.

Naruka filed the complaint through counsel Chandra Shekhar Raikwar under Sections 292, 294, 298, and 500 of IPC. The court ordered a case to be registered against Hussain.

In his complaint, Naruka has charged Hussain with paining the image of Bharat Mata in a derogatory manner and hurting the sentiments of majority of Indians. The applicant has also charged him with inciting communal feelings.
