Indore rocks to Sonu Nigam?s tune

Idea Cellular organised the event in Indore as a part of the series of countrywide tours by the team. People began pouring in to the venue from 6.00 pm onwards. The programme began with Ganesh Vandana at around 8.15 pm. Shruti Pathak (singer) gave the first performance and sang songs like ‘Sajana Ve Sajana’ from ‘Chameli’ and title track of ‘Dhoom’.
As the evening progressed, Sonu Nigam appeared on the stage accompanied by a group of dancers. He entertained the public for about 80 minutes with various songs such as ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’, ‘Tu kab yeh janegi’, ‘Just chill’, ‘Soniya dil se’, ‘Bijuria’ etc. Sonu Nigam proved to be a complete entertainment package in himself with jokes, dance steps and interaction with audience in between the performance.
He also shared some memories from his early days of singing during the event. The fillers consisted of mimicry by Sanjay and light show by engineers from Mumbai. An orchestra band accompanied Sonu.
The band consisted of guitarist Elvis, Pallav Pandya on keyboard, Rajiv Bhatt on keyboard 2, drummer Rajan, Adriel on pace guitar and percussionists Vijay, Prashant and Abhijeet. Sound engineer Pramod from Mumbai also formed a part of the team.
Sonu Nigam made people swing to his melodious voice.
Sonu Nigam kept praising the audience of Indore for the enthusiasm and support all through the show.
