Booze launches always promise great turnout. As expected then, the launch of Roberto Cavalli Vodka had clutch-clad social butterflies and their fitted-shirt champs thronging the bar to savour the newest party nectar.

Besides Cavalli’s son, Tommaso, actor Jas Arora chose to be an early bird and walked in with wife Bonnie. The poster boys of desi fash frat marched down an hour later. We saw designers Rohit Bal, Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna living it up with vodka cocktails. FDCI president Sunil Sethi chatted with emcee Shefali Talwar, but designer Jattinn Kochhar kept his presence low-key. Also seen were multiplex giant Sanjeev Bijli and DJ Aqeel Ali.
