"The party MLAs and leaders met here this afternoon and agreed upon to initiate efforts to form a new government as
term of the assembly is still far off," Soren told reporters.

Soren said, an eight-member team has been formed to meet the party high commands of Congress and RJD.

Soren's son Hemant and seven other leaders are part of the team which would visit Delhi shortly and intimate the
allies about the JMMs interest to form a government in the state.

Soren, however, refused to go into details as to who would head the government in case the allies agreed upon his
party's suggestion.
