K'taka CM's security men injured in mishap
A police constable and the driver of a pilot vehicle were injured when an on-coming mini-truck collided.

A police constable and the driver of a pilot vehicle that was part of Karnataka Chief Minister N Dharam Singh's convoy were injured when an on-coming mini-truck collided with it near Hiresave, about 100 kms away from Bangalore on Tuesday.
Sources in the Chief Minister's secretariat said the bus in which Singh, some ministers and top officials were travelling to Shravanabelagola to oversee arragements for the coming Mahamasthakibhisheka of Lord Gomateshwara proceeded further.
The injured were shifted to a hospital at Chennarayapatna by an ambulance that trailed the Chief Minister's convoy, the sources added.
