Legal fraternity welcomes Budget
THE LEGAL fraternity here has welcomed the announcement in the State Budget for the construction of lawyers? chambers in every district and tehsil of Uttar Pradesh. In a meeting, State law officers expressed deep gratitude and happiness over the steps taken by Chief Minister mulayam Singh Yadav for the allotment of budget for the construction of lawyers chambers in every district and tehsil of the State.
THE LEGAL fraternity here has welcomed the announcement in the State Budget for the construction of lawyers’ chambers in every district and tehsil of Uttar Pradesh.
In a meeting, State law officers expressed deep gratitude and happiness over the steps taken by Chief Minister mulayam Singh Yadav for the allotment of budget for the construction of lawyers chambers in every district and tehsil of the State.
They thanked the chief minister for taking this bold step which reflected the unflinching commitment of the chief minister for the legal fraternity and the legal system. They also thanked Advocate General of Uttar Pradesh Virendra Bhatia for formulating schemes with regard to welfare of lawyers, which were being implemented by the chief minister.
“The concern shown by the chief minister for the legal fraternity and steps for lawyers are unprecedented and prove that the chief minister has a firm belief that for running a democratic system legal fraternity is an indispensable organ”, speakers said in the meeting.
It is to be noted that in the previous Budges too, several provisions were added for the welfare of lawyers. Besides, with the aid given by the State government, one Adhivakta Bhawan is under construction on the premises of Bar Council of UP at Allahabad.
