Special Judge CV Subramanyan remanded Bedi to jail till April 4 in the fake passport case.

On the next date, the court will also decide on the application filed by Abu Salem's counsel on March 13 seeking clubbing of Bedi's and Salem's cases.

Earlier, Salem's counsel Ashok Sarogi had urged the court to either recall its earlier order separating the trial or club the cases together.

On January 27, the court had allowed the CBI to "split" Monica Bedi's case on a petition filed by it in order to expedite the trial.
