Well-known urologist of Indian-origin Navin Shah has been appointed president of the medical staff at Doctors Community Hospital (DCH) in Lanham, Maryland, the hospital announced on Friday.

Shah has served as chairman of the Department of Surgery and various hospital committees over the past 20 years, DCH said in a press release.
