The script is said to be ready.

The only reason why an official announcement of the prequel has been put on hold is the legal wrangle A Wednesday is in after UTV, the producers of the original film, sold the Tamil rights to Kamal Haasan without the director’s (Neeraj) consent.

The extent of UTV’s copyright jurisdiction over the rights and material of A Wednesday is now being determined.

We wonder what would be the title of the movie? May be A Tuesday!
