No information on Musharraf's cricket trip

Pakistan's information minister on Monday said he had "no information" about President Pervez Musharraf visiting India to watch a match.

Pakistani information minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Monday said he had "no information" about President Pervez Musharraf visiting India to watch any match of the Indo-Pak cricket series.

"I do not know whether India has extended an invitation to the President. There is no information on that (Musharraf's trip to watch cricket)," he said.

Asked whether the Pakistani cricket team has any security worries while playing in India, he said, "Providing security is the concern of Indian government and I am sure they will take appropriate measures."
