No sex enough for a divorce
An excellent idea! No sex, separation for more than a year and mutual incompatibility should most certainly be a ground for divorce. This will certainly help reduce the exponentially increasing numbers of false dowry cases that are being filed by the abusive, vindictive and greedy wives/ex-wives who are already in another relationship, or just to obtain a legal advantage in the divorce/custody case.

This will certainly help reduce the exponentially increasing numbers of false dowry cases that are being filed by the abusive, vindictive and greedy wives/ex-wives who are already in another relationship (or in a hurry to get into their next relationship) with perhaps a better looking or richer man, or just to obtain a legal advantage in the divorce/custody case.
These well-educated, street smart and devious women are looking for a quick divorce and as much money as they can grab. The divorce industry (some crooked lawyers, policemen, judges women's support groups, women's cells, psychologists, etc.) sees this as an easy way of making money and they too encourage the so-called abusive women to file false dowry harassment and fabricated domestic violence cases.
Over past two decades, such thinking has resulted in a huge number of false accusations being filed in divorce cases.
The US courts are already aware that over 65 per cent of the accusations that women file in a divorce are false. More and more US psychologists are of the opinion that in any divorce environment, almost 85 per cent of the accusing wives are liars.
