Advocate Khalid Khan said, “In a petition filed by Arun Sarkar in the Anjali murder case and Karanvir in the Madhu murder case, Ghaziabad’s Special CBI Judge Rama Jain prima facie found M S Pandher, the main accused in the Nithari serial killings guilty of rape and murder too. The court ordered that Pandher who was already in jail, be taken into judicial custody under these sections too in these two cases. The court has directed his appearance before the court on January 4.”

“With these two cases, Pandher has been charged with rape and murder in four cases. The CBI had given a clean chit to Pandher in all the cases. In the Payal murder case, witness Nand Lal had retracted his statement during judicial proceedings and the court filed a perjury petition at CJM’s court. He is now out on bail,” Khan said. Pappu Lal, father of Nithari victim Rachna, said, “Through my advocate Jhabbar Singh Kain, I have moved an application at the CBI court, requesting that my statement be recorded at the earliest. I have told the court that I am receiving death threats.”
