They claimed all this was taking place due to the connivance of office bearers Lucknow Diocian Trust Association (LDTA).

An NIS office bearer said in a statement that as per the court order, they were the real custodians of the Christian property in the city.

There were several government orders restraining people from selling or transferring Christian property but the local authorities failed to implement the directive. This resulted in large scale bungling of missionary land and the property was being misused by several persons illegally.

Demanding a probe in the role of some ADA officials, the NIS demanded strict implementation of all government orders in respect to the property owned by missionaries.
