The scene at village Goyla was worst, as the road has been completely washed out with mud all over. Not only are there traffic snarls due to this, but the vehicles are also having to bear the brunt and needing more frequent maintenance.

Long queues of vehicles can be seen on either side of the road. But amazingly, the PWD has not bothered to solve commuters’ problems. The department has not initiated works even to cover the patches despite the fact that the road sees heavy vehicular traffic.

Also with traffic in so much disarray, police force is needed to monitor the proceedings, but the administration has not provided any security. Owing to this, many travellers are opting to travel via Mandsaur, Neemuch and even Rajasthan.
