The residents belong to ward No. 26, which covers South City, Nirvana, Park View 1, Uppal Orchid and Vatika, among others. “Our lawyer will file a writ in the high court on Wednesday. Before we took a call on it, we tried to find out if residents in other wards are also planning to do the same,” said Raman Sharma, president of Progressive Gurgaon Forum.

Sharma said MCG officials didn’t give any receipt when residents submitted forms for inclusion of names in the electoral roll.
